Kelly-Anne Saffin served as Chief Executive Officer of Regional Development Australia Adelaide from 2022 to 2024. She joined RDA Adelaide after ten years as CEO of Regional Development Australia Yorke and Mid North, where she led strategy and governance and supported more than $322 million in regional investment and over $41 million in infrastructure outcomes. During this time she established the Mid North Knowledge Partnership with Flinders University, delivered major workforce programs with thousands of employment outcomes, and supported councils and industry through training, business engagement and regional development initiatives.
Her earlier experience includes roles in the former Department of Trade and Economic Development and regional development positions across the Limestone Coast, Barossa and Light, Mid North and Eyre Peninsula. She is recognised for her depth of expertise in economic development across South Australia.
