Toni Vorenas is the owner and founder of Metro Bakery and Cafe in Mount Gambier, South Australia. She is a former teacher and deputy principal with a 30-year career in education. She took over running a small cafe in 2009 and grew it into a multi-site, award-winning bakery and hospitality business with two commercial kitchens, a bar and function space. Metro Bakery and Cafe employs a diverse workforce and serves large daily customer volumes.
