A free national service helping regional Australians understand and resolve phone and internet connectivity issues.


The Regional Tech Hub is a federally funded support service that helps people in rural, regional and remote Australia navigate phone and internet connectivity. It provides independent, plain-English advice on available technologies, coverage, equipment and providers, and helps troubleshoot problems when services are unreliable or unavailable.The service is run by the National Farmers’ Federation and funded by the Australian Government, so advice is not linked to any telecommunications provider or product.
