Regional Development Australia Adelaide Hills, Fleurieu and Kangaroo Island delivers economic development projects and programs aligned to the Australian Government’s Regional Development Australia Charter. Its work is organised under four themes: growing regional productivity, enhancing regional innovation and preparedness, strengthening the region’s most competitive industry sectors, and connecting the region and government.

What we deliver

Through targeted initiatives like small business mentoring, industry-focused grant programs, leadership development, regional analysis and evidence-based submissions to government, RDA AHFKI supports businesses and communities to respond to drought, climate change, workforce pressures and growth opportunities. This work helps inform policy, funding and investment decisions across the region.
