odie has been a member of the RDAMR Board since 2018 and took on the role of Chair in 2021. She is CEO and co-owner—alongside her husband Jeremy—of Bowhill Engineering, one of the region’s largest and most innovative manufacturing businesses.
Passionate about regional opportunity, Jodie brings the voice of lived experience as a second-generation business owner and proud parent of four teenagers. She is driven to show young people that success can be built right here in the Murraylands and Riverland.
Jodie has deep connections across the region, with a home base in Bowhill and family ties throughout the Riverland. She is a strong advocate for sustainable growth and inclusive leadership and brings business insight with a people-first mindset.
When not supporting her team or leading the RDAMR Board, you’ll find her spending time with her kids, sharing a pack of Tim Tams, or enjoying a long lunch of local food and wine with friends.
